Sachin moved from London, England to Vancouver, BC after a complete career switch from Finance into Photography in 2011. Utilizing the power of community and masterminds, Sachin has since documented over 200 weddings in Vancouver and around the world. In 2014, Sachin created ARC, a community for photographers with online interviews and conversations that come to life in the form of The Experience, a conference held in Vancouver, BC — running 4 successful conferences, with over 400 photographers in attendance, while simultaneously documenting weddings and stories. Sachin continues to offer insights from creative minds via The ARC Creative Podcast alongside these unique group Masterminds and One on One Coaching.

What is the Mastermind format?
This is different to an online course where you may have felt isolated and demotivated going through the work. You’ll be set up in a team with a facilitator that are there for you, to inspire you, motivate you and guide you along the way. Working alone can be boring and confusing. This community format, live and in person is much more powerful. The added accountability will solidify your momentum.
How much are they?
Mastermind pricing varies depending on length and duration of Mastermind. Contact us for more info!
How Do you offer payment plans?
100%. You can pay in instalments if you prefer. Drop us a message to discuss. We also offer a handful of scholarships each year.
I applied. What’s next?
We will be in touch within 24 hours to set up an intro call with Sachin Khona. Once you’re registered, you’ll receive a welcome email, access to the ARC Circles portal and all the other details to make sure you’re ready to go.
Where is it located? When are they?
All calls take place over Zoom, from the comfort of your own home or work place. We ask all attendees to schedule 2 hours off for complete focus in the Mastermind, free from distractions. We make sure the timings work for every participant before moving forward with any calls. They are typically between 9am-12pm PST (12-3pm EST, 5-8pm GMT).
How is each called structured?
We will cover and share insights and actions around 2 topics each call. These topics are based on the theme of your chosen Mastermind. Each attendee will receive their Spotlight Questions in advance. Together we review your responses and as a group, brainstorm ideas and solutions for you to move forward in your business, discussing any potential roadblocks or challenges.
This is an opportunity for you to seek advice and for the group to brainstorm and offer their support. Together we craft a plan of actions for you to take in the next week to succeed. This method has proven to gain results for our attendees at a much faster face.

What is the format of each call?
Each call is 2 hours and includes the following:
- Topic Presentation & Exercises
- Spotlight Session + Q&A’s
- Weekly Actions + Accountability For Each Member
- Grounding Exercises & Meditations are included
- Each Mastermind includes 1 session with an Industry Leader / Educator

We encourage you to commit to being on all calls, as the conversations are shaped by group participation, and it’s where the magic happens! We understand that things do come up, and will support you in catching up on the conversation afterward.
All calls are recorded with a 1 week replay to keep you on track.

Each group is carefully curated to ensure that everyone is as hungry as each other to level up their business, and are ready to take a leap forwards. We value community over competition and believe the biggest opportunity to grow your business is through supporting your fellow group members to do so too.
